Fees and Funding
The Riverside Day Nursery, Windsor provides high quality, cost-effective childcare for children aged from three months to five years, 51 weeks of the year.
Our Nursery Fees
Our straightforward pricing structure caters for full days and half days.
We also offer early start (7.30am–8am) and evening cover (6pm-6.30pm) at a cost of £5 per session. These sessions must be booked in advance.
Our fees include all your child’s meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks) as well as nappies, wipes, and sun cream.

- To help your child settle into a nursery routine, we ask that you book a minimum of two sessions per week.
- Although registration is free, to secure your child’s place a deposit of £250 is required. We will refund this once your final month’s account has been settled.
- Fees are invoiced and payable one month in advance. Payment is due by 15th of each month. Late fees will incur a 10% surcharge
- We offer 10% sibling discount to the second child in a family, whether they attend half or full days.
- Our fees are reviewed annually, and three months’ notice is provided if there are any changes.
- To retain your child’s place, fees remain payable even if your child is absent due to illness or holidays
Free Early Education for eligible children from 9 months of age
We offer places to all eligible children from 9 months of age that may be entitled to 570 free hours of childcare (15 hours per week) or 1140 hours of child care (30 hours per week).

It is important to note that you will be charged for any hours over and above the Early Years Education allocation.
A limited number of fully funded free places may be available at certain times.

Nursery Childcare Vouchers
We accept childcare vouchers from a wide range of providers. If you wish to pay for with childcare vouchers, contact us for our scheme registration number.
Tax-Free Childcare
We are also signed up to the Government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme. The scheme is designed to help working parents and offers up to £2,000 a year per child towards childcare costs.
