Hello Folks!
A wonderful welcome to our new children at the nursery:
Alva, Freya, Ava, Julia, Finlay, Elyana, Nyima, Della, Cameron, Marlo, Fraser and Etta
Thank you to our parents who came to our recent Stay and Play sessions. It has been heart-warming to have so many parents join us. We will be hosting more sessions and where possible we would love you to join us. Future dates will appear in upcoming newsletters and you can sign up to take part via the notice board in the nursery reception.

On 7th March the children dressed up as their favourite book characters to celebrate World Book Day. All the children made a huge effort and looked amazing. There was a Peter Rabbit, a Gruffalo, a Cat in the Hat, not to mention a huddle of Harry Potters!
We aim to nurture and encourage a love of reading and storytelling throughout the nursery and this event is now a firm favourite on the calendar.

Our team has recently undertaken a refresher course for first aid. This now means that all our staff at Riverside Day Nursery are fully first aid qualified.

Welcome to the team!
This month sees some fabulous additions to our outstanding team.
Cheree is the new room leader in ‘Older Babies’ along with Belle, a qualified nursery practitioner, who will also be working in the Baby Room.
Lauren, our new Level 4 qualified nursery practitioner, will be supporting and looking after the younger babies.
Belle is working in our new Baby Room.
Cheree has also started in the Baby Room.
