Team Awards Night!

The Riverside Team Staff Party and Awards

Team Riverside let down their hair and put on their finest party wear to attend the Masquerade Ball at Syon Park in December. They were treated to dinner, drinks and entertainment in the form of a casino, dodgem cars, an acrobatics show and endless dancing. Transport comprised of a limousine and a party bus! The least we could do for a team that works extremely hard all year round. To acknowledge their commitment and all-round gusto, we presented individual awards.

Here is a taste of some of the night’s winners:

Winners of the ‘Outstanding Performance’ award were:

Jasmine – a dedicated team player who continues to grow in strength and confidence  

Mary – whose consistent dedication and relentless energy means she consistently goes the extra mile with the children     

Winner of the ‘People’s Award’:

Emma (Stone) – Emma is our housekeeper who takes care of so many aspects of the nursery – from practical tasks such as staying on top of the washing, to keeping the children entertained and covering when people are away. Everything runs smoothly and nothing is too much trouble – she really is our ‘glue’!

Congratulations team, you are all critical to the everyday success of the nursery and the happiness of the children!
